At Zarianna we pride ourselves in selling only top quality merchandise. We endeavour to thoroughly check all items upon despatch, however sometimes little things can be overlooked.
We will happily exchange if we can, however we are very strict on refunds and can only refund if the item in guenuinely faulty. Please remember it is the customer who is responsible for all postage costs.

Please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your parcel if you wish to exchange your items. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number to include in the parcel when you return your item to us. You must include a copy of your original receipt with your original purchase. Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition that they were received. 10% restocking/handling fee will apply to all refunds, postage refunds do not apply.
We will only offer refunds unless goods are genuinely faulty! We do not refund for wrong size/colour choice, all charts should be referred to upon purchase.
We endeavour to thoroughly check all items upon despatch, however if you find a slight flaw or fault in your product we will happily exchange, issue a store credit/gift voucher or refund. Please ensure you thoroughly check your items, as all sales are final with 7 days of receipt.
