We use Australia post satchels to send our parcels within Australia. Our dispatch days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11am.
We pride ourselves in selling only top quality merchandise. We endeavour to thoroughly check all items upon despatch.
No Returns or Refunds on Sale Stock!
We do not refunds for wrong size/colour or style choices!
We only offer refunds on goods that are genuinely faulty!
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel if you wish to exchange your items. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number to include in the parcel when you return your item to us. You must include a copy of your original receipt and a prepaid satchel large enough to fit your return items.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition that they were received.
We will only offer refunds unless goods are genuinely faulty!
We endeavour to thoroughly check all items upon despatch, however if you find a slight flaw or fault in your product we will happily exchange, issue a store credit/gift voucher or refund. Please ensure you thoroughly check your items, as all sales are final with 7 days of receipt.
